Baked today and WASN’T COMPELLED TO EAT COPIOUS AMOUNTS OF IT. and chilled with friends I normally pig out bad with. But ate normal. Only tried ONE of what we baked. Noooowww going out with a boy! Weeeeee.
Plans for today, yeeahh

*walk to the burrito place with friends
*return to eat my yummy, non burrito lunch of turkey stir fry stuff I made, and broccoli

My intake alllll week has been closer to where it used to be, even though it’s shark week! AND my PMS-y cravings were like non existent! It’s been exciting.
Today, I was actually craving a salad! And fresh pineapple. So, away I went, and got just that. T’was amazing.
As for the rest of my meals:
Smooooothie with spinach, greek yogurt, ice, and some instant breakfast (short on time this morning) for brekky,
Chicken with brown rice, corn, and hot sauce. Oou and a tiny side of broccoli for lunch
A nanner for one snack (before seestah’s dance class)
Homemade turkey jerky for another snack
Salad and pineapple for dinner!
Now, I coffee and shower my life away, and hope I don’t crash and burn in lab. Three cheers for the second sleep-less night this week!
At least this gave me time to write that paper I’ve been putting off (AND BE DONE AHEAD OF TIME)
Second sleepless night, right before a lab. For no reason other than I can’t fall asleep. Anyone else with serious issues falling and staying asleep? How do you fix this?

STOP WEEKEND BINGING. That. Is what I need to work on. No more eating random shit until I’m insanely stuffed just cause it’s there and everyone else is.
It’s made me more bloated than I’ve ever felt. Evvvveeerr. I don’t like it, and shall try to work on this. It is my main goal for this week.
With the rest being:
*Eat more “real” meals, less.. college kid cereal (even if it is low sugar, high fiber) and such. COOK FOR YO’SELF.. you’re a culinary student for Christ’s sake..
*Exercise! Even if it’s just a little. Harder without a gym membership, but some is better than none
*Stay positive!
